1. During machine tool testing, testing instruments and testing tools should be placed in the testing environment for sufficient time to keep them in an isothermal state. During testing, the influence of factors such as airflow, sunlight or external heat flow should be avoided. Evaluation of the position accuracy of the machine tool The ambient temperature is subject to 20℃, but generally it should meet the following conditions.

2. The ambient temperature is 15℃～25℃.

3. The temperature of the machine tool should be no less than 12h in the testing environment before testing.

4. The arbitrary temperature gradient of the space occupied by the CNC vertical lathe does not exceed 0.5℃/h.
